Bozeman Hot Springs
The summer season in Bozeman and Belgrade is fascinating but sometimes the weather tends to get kind of cool. You will still be able to swim at the Hot Springs of Bozeman whatever the temperature is. The facility has been renovated recently; the renovations included the locker rooms and there have been three outdoor pools added to the place. You can spend the whole day at the new area enjoying the lounge chairs, fire pits, and the band shell.
If you like swimming indoors, the facility has many indoor pools with all kinds of temperatures.
• The “M” Letter:
When you enter the Gallatin Valley near Belgrade, whether flying or driving, you will see the ‘M’ letter. In 1915, the students of the Montana State University created this huge letter.
If you take the Bridger Canyon Road to the trailhead, you will find parking space on the left side of the road. There is a long road of wildflowers on the sides of the road before reaching the giant letter. The city adores dogs so they are welcome and children hike easily.
All these views are really fascinating.
• The Adrenaline Junkies:
If you are an adrenaline junkie or a thrill seeker, perhaps you should ride the rapids on the Gallatin River during your visit. During the summer season, Montana whitewater and Geyser whitewater facilities send trips down the river daily. During the spring runoff, you can ride through the Mad Mile if you are looking for a really intense experience. Of course, there are quieter stretches of water where you can enjoy a tamer ride; just let the crews of the expedition lead you. If you are not an adrenaline junkie, you can just go and watch the action. The area is fascinating and worth your visit anyway.
